For the fourth consecutive year, EEEC Pune COE has earned a coveted place in the Global Hackathon Finals, a remarkable achievement that speaks volumes about our culture of innovation, collaboration, and determination.

This year, Team Quantum Coders emerged as the India Regional Round 2 Winner with their groundbreaking solution, “Auto Configurator - AI-powered generation of DeltaV-ready FHX files.” Competing against top teams across India, they demonstrated how bold ideas, technical excellence, and teamwork can create meaningful business impact.

From June 2–16, 2026, employees across EEEC Pune and Nashik participated in the 4th Emerson Annual Engagement Survey, “Your Voice Counts (YVC).”

Open to all employees, the survey witnessed enthusiastic participation, reflecting employees’ commitment to sharing valuable feedback and contributing to the organization’s continuous improvement journey. This year, the Employee Engagement Survey witnessed strong participation across both locations, with response rates of 83.3% in EEEC Pune and 87.9% in EEEC Nashik, while achieving exceptional completion rates of 98.6% and 98.2% respectively, reflecting high employee engagement and a shared commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Various business unit leaders will begin to review and share the team level results - a key part of our Continuous improvement strategy.

People Managers will analyse the survey findings, develop team-specific action plans, and engage their teams in executing these initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

The EEEC Pune Carrom Tournament 2026, held from 8–17 June, brought together more than 120 employees from across teams, providing a vibrant platform for collaboration, engagement, and healthy competition. A notable highlight was the dedicated Support Staff Tournament, reflecting EEEC’s commitment to inclusivity and recognizing the contributions of every member of the organization.

With enthusiastic participation from employees, support staff, and over 55 female participants, the event underscored EEEC’s focus on fostering diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing. Beyond the competition, the tournament encouraged cross-functional interactions, strengthened workplace relationships, and reinforced the core values of teamwork, respect, and belonging.

Through initiatives that promoted participation across all levels, including leadership involvement, the event showcased EEEC’s people-centric culture and its continued commitment to building an engaged, connected, and inclusive workplace.

The EEEC Pune COE Eco Challengers have demonstrated how collective employee action can drive meaningful sustainability outcomes. Through active participation and eco-conscious choices during Earth Month Impact Challenge April 2026 occurred across various sites globally within Emerson, the team achieved 32.0 kg CO₂ savings, diverted 1,577 kg of waste, and conserved 1.4 million Liters of water. These results were fuelled by 51 members who recorded 15,231 activity logs and completed 1,308 sustainability actions, earning an impressive 376,388 points.

The initiative created strong employee engagement through friendly competition and collaboration, encouraging participants to adopt sustainable habits and contribute to a greener workplace culture.

During a focused 30-day challenge, team members embraced public transportation, tracked their carbon footprints, and made conscious energy-saving decisions. Their collective efforts earned the team a remarkable #4 Global Ranking within Emerson, with 7,685 points, contributing directly to Emerson's Net Zero and CO₂ emission reduction goals.
